Nearly the same choice, but I really love my XF 23mm f/1.4. Fuji makes some truly great prime lenses.

I’ve met a few people like this. One of the hired for me a job and then stiffed me on payment claiming I didn’t know my equipment and too many faces were out of focus. The photos in question were in a dark room and people were sitting around 10 ft diameter circular tables. I was shooting with a Canon 35mm f/1.4L. I eventually went on his website and was horrified at how garbage his work is. Also, who names your photo business “Insync”?
Posting a regular basis helps. Also sticking to one type of content (and general photography doesn’t count) like dogs or night landscapes. Also go back in time to when the algorithm actually helped people with still images.
I shoot cars on occasion, mostly for Turo.com. The demand for vehicle photography is quite low compared to other work (real estate and sporting events, I kinda stopped with portraiture).
You have potential, but it seems like you haven’t mastered your settings. Some photos have distracting foregrounds/backgrounds that could be solved with narrower depth of field (or shooting at a longer focal length, I like somewhere between 100-200mm). Some of the action shots aren’t shot at a high enough shutter speed to freeze the subject.
You should add some more interior shots. I’m a fan of this shot where you sit in the backseat and shoot the front dash.
