Hey everyone,

I bought myself a Fuji X-T4 and am looking for SD cards.

I got one 128 GB Sony card (SF-E128) V60 UHS-II and one 64 GB card (SF-E64) V30 UHS-II card.

These models have been recommended by the Fuji website as compatible. Now, I’m confused as both cards are UHS-II, yet one is V60 and the other is V30. Will the perfomance of the buffer in burst shots and with video recording be hampered by the V30 card, even if it is UHS-II?

Both have a reading speed of up to 270 MB/s and a read speed of 70 and 120 MB/s.

I’m a little lost and am thinking about just getting two V60 cards after all.

Your camera will have a buffer of x shots regarding of what card you use.

A faster card will write faster than a slower one, clearing the buffer faster.

Worth noting while some cards can do 100-150+ mb/s, some cameras don’t do more than 30-60mb/s regardless of what card you use.
