sites like BentBox, ManyVids, Clips4sale have content for purchase.

Adultlabs sells content they created to adult websites. They have a solo girl section which should fill more than you would ever need for very low cost. All models Euro/Russian

https://gfy.com is a forum for adult content producers and webmasters. There is a content market sub-forum.

I used to have my content for sale at AdultCentro, but they closed a few years ago. If you want to DM with specifics about what you are looking for I might have US model content available to suit your needs.

  • The Hasselblad/Zeiss Softar filters where interesting and useful. they were well produced glass filters that had an array of dimples on the surface that would bend light over the dimple but the non-dimpled areas remained unchanged. The result was a soft glow around an otherwise sharp image. There were 3 levels, I still have a Softar 1. never wanted the 2 or 3.

There were/are also black dot and black mesh filters that can soften without losing as much contrast.

yes, not called remote shoot. Not sure if there is an accepted name for it, but I would describe is as a fashion shoot package where a client ships the garments to producer/photographer and receives back finished photos.

The problems with that idea is a) the photographer has to assume the role of both art director and photographer and b) the fashion market/world tends to exist where the models are. Unless you are both comfortable being an art director and have a suitable model pool to draw from I would think most companies would pass in comparison to photographers who have reach into more traditional fashion/modeling markets.

You might find the lowest level (sorry) companies open to this, but if they grow, they will want better models. At that point they will be flying models in for shoots. It doesn’t take too long for them to realize that expense levels with them working in major markets.

I have many times done the opposite of what you are describing, ie. bringing my studio to my client’s location and setting up in a warehouse to shoot multiple fashion lines in a concentrated span. At some point the cost/hassle of sending 50-100 dresses/gowns exceeds the cost of bringing in a photographer. It also allows their salaried personnel to prep the dresses and keep them available for their sales functions, rather than losing samples for 2-3 weeks and paying for a stylist by the day to prep the dresses.

Maybe I dig into the nuts and bolts of my client’s business too much, but I would suggest stepping back and understanding the flow of the business. couldn’t hurt

  • saying that it is fabric is too generic. the properties of fabric are not the same across the several different types. I would assume that you are talking about muslin. Canvas has different qualities. As does polyester. All are used for backdrops.

You are probably looking for fleece-backed polyester like the Titanium cloth from Backdrop Outlet. This is not an endorsement for them. I have several of them, but they (BDO) are a pain to deal with in ordering and customer service. They travel well. They do drape somewhat. And they can be laundered. They have a some spring to them so you can tension them with clamps and sandbags to pull out wrinkles.
