I sell cameras and suggest to people to not use the Nikon/Canon straps as they just advertise to the world what camera they have to steal. Years ago I went on a school trip and my teacher had a d2hs plus a 24-70 80-200 kit in a Nikon branded backpack. Well some thief saw that Nikon bag and jacked his camera. Luckily my teacher had insurance on the gear but still. The less you advertise the better. I’m using a black rapid strap from my old Nikon setup on my Fuji and love how much more cushion it gives me. Before that I was using my father strap he had in the 80s.
