looks like a 20 ish mm focal length, shooting from about knee height. You gotta get pretty close to do it. on the bottom the shooter put a linear gradient, lowering the exposure, adding contrast, and making the temperature a tad cooler (:
for me i obviously get the great photo each shoot but i can only name 4 photos over my three years of photography that truly deserve greatness.
