I was watching a Youtube where this street photographer was taking amazing photos of people. At times he felt shy or embarrassed about the process. Essentially he is taking a bit of their privacy without giving anything in return. Well what if he could give those people a QR code which they could later use to download/purchase the photo? The photographer could take a 80% or so cut of the sale profit. I’ve seen websites that allow people to sell photos, but nothing that is seamless on the ground. What do you think?
I dont know how taking pictures of strangers have become THE street photography. I personally find people utterly boring. The worst of them all are those who shove flash in peoples faces, I might punch them out of reflex if it happened to me.
