Hey there. Is there an app people use for this? I know all these realtors are not paying for pro photography pictures. (Some are For sure.)

But There must be something they are using ion their phones. Anyone any clue what it is? They don’t know Photoshop— I know that much—but the pictures have clearly been processed in a pleasing way. I assume there must be an almost one click solution for realtors these days.

What is the average realtor using for this process? They must be shooting on the phone and using an app, I just don’t know what they’re using. Any clue?

I have “real gear” in the form of older dslrs and glass, but I’d honestly rather photograph my place with my phone, and I know that’s what a lot of the realtors do as well.

Thanks in advance!

You can get “good enough Zillow” photos with a celly these days, truly. Gear gains you resolution and expanded post-production options, but the key is lighting the property properly.

Maybe you can try it yourself in your own house. Take your studio lighting, put it in optical slave mode and use your phone’s camera flash to trigger them.
