I am interested in capturing the human form, but don’t want to come off as a creep when approaching models. How would you recommend getting into the space? Is this a space that a fairly entry level photographer can work in?

Read an interview with a famous nude photographer years ago (don’t remember which one off hand) who said “the trick to not coming off as a creep when photographing nude women, is to not be a fucking creep.”

Ask consent, be respectful of boundaries, over communicate expectations, and don’t fuck your subjects, and you’ll be fine. Whenever I’ve done nude shoots in the past it’s very unsexy, I’m more focused on technical details and lighting and I don’t have time to be a creep, and before and after the shoot it’s all professional. If you’re looking for anything more than that, you might be a little creepy tbh.
