Get a card reader.

AliExpress has a WiFi adapter from Ez Sh@re for MicroSD that costs about $15. I used this for several years on the Fujifilm X10. The transfer speed is low, but it is currently the most budget-friendly way to transfer photos from the camera to the phone.
